Media Buyer

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across all platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop and implement media strategies tailored for each platform to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce engaging ad content — from concept and copywriting to final execution.
  • Define and manage campaign budgets, forecast ROI, and ensure efficient media spending aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and KPIs (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence by coordinating posting schedules, tracking engagement, and maintaining consistent brand identity.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and advertising platform updates, especially within the real estate sector.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying or digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate lead generation funnels and customer behavior.
  • Excellent understanding of digital performance metrics and campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in budget management and ROI forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
