🎯 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and its plan for the company and its real estate projects.
• Excuse and Oversee digital marketing and advertising campaigns(meta, google, TikTok, snapchat) from planning to execution.  
• Leading and executing digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat) from planning to execution.
• Management and coordination of the internal marketing team (Graphic Designer, Digital Marketer, Content Writer).
• Supervising the production of visual content (videos, photo sessions, virtual tours, events) in collaboration with external partners.
• Building strategic partnerships with platforms and media professionals specialized in luxury and real estate.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Maintaining brand identity and ensuring visual and linguistic consistency across all campaigns and platforms.
• Collaborating with the sales team to enhance the customer experience and increase conversions.
• Possessing a strong creative sense and the ability to execute marketing plans that precisely target the luxury real estate audience.

✅ Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• At least 6 years of experience in marketing, including 2–3 years in the real estate or luxury sector.
• Proven experience in marketing real estate projects.
• Deep knowledge of modern marketing tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and customer behavior in the luxury real estate sector.
• Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and analyzing their results.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Arabic and good skills in English.
• Analytical and creative thinking.
