Responsibilities:

1. Designmaterials marketing:

Creating attractive designs for marketing materials such as booklets, brochures, advertisements, and digital publications.
2. Developing the visual identity:
Working on developing the company's visual identity in line with its vision and goals.3. Collaboration with different teams: 

Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure that designs align with marketing campaign strategies.4. Digital content production:

Designing digital content for social media platforms and the website, including images and videos.5. Improving user experience: 

Working to improve the user experience by designing attractive and user-friendly interfaces.6. Dealing with printing: 

Coordinating with advertising and marketing agencies for printing the designs being worked on, and ensuring quality execution.7. Staying updated on the latest trends: 

Keeping up with the latest trends in graphic design and digital marketing and applying them in work.Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.Experience of no less than 2-3 years in graphic design, preferably in the real estate sector. 
Advanced skills in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop، Illustrator، InDesign).
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
